A 2021 Teach For India Fellow, Vishnu continued to work with Teach For India as a Manager, Fellowship Selection. Before working in education, Vishnu worked as a Software Developer.

Vidyun is an after-school program for children aged 11 to 14 from under-resourced communities. They create learning experiences tailored to student interests and aligned with their academic curriculum, using project-based learning. Their approach emphasizes relevance, active self-direction, and access to unlimited opportunities, reflecting core 21st-century learning principles.
