Qualification & Experiences
- Proven experience in educational leadership, school/program management, or a similar role, with a minimum of 5 years of working experience
- Strong understanding of curriculum design, assessment, and teacher development practices, having taught in a classroom for a minimum of 2 years
- Exceptional coaching and mentoring skills, with a track record of improving teaching quality and student outcomes.
- Ability to balance hands-on support with strategic, high-level planning.
- Willingness to travel - approximately 30-40% of your time will be spent on-site, across our partner schools and after school programs across India.
Responsibilities
As The Senior Manager, Programs, you will:
1. Drive The Circle’s Vision for Student Success
- Collaborate with Network Schools and after-school programs to ensure they achieve and sustain high-quality student outcomes.
- Serve as a thought partner to entrepreneurs, coaching them to refine their programs and enhance their impact.
2. Provide On-the-Ground Support
- Conduct regular site visits to observe teaching and learning practices, offering real-time feedback and actionable guidance.
- Analyze curriculum & assessment tools to improve and innovate program design
- Conduct and validate student assessments to ensure measurable and meaningful learning outcomes.
3. Build Strategic Partnerships
- Assist Network Schools and programs in designing and implementing effective recruitment processes tailored to their unique contexts.
- Provide access to high-quality curricular and pedagogical resources that align with best practices.
- Build and sustain partnerships for teacher training and professional development.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through knowledge sharing and collaboration across the Network.

Summary
As the Senior Manager, Programs, you will play a pivotal role in advancing The Circle’s vision of enabling schools and programs to deliver transformational outcomes for students. You will provide tailored and effective support to entrepreneurs who have
completed The Circle Incubation Program, working closely with them and their teaching teams to enhance the quality of teaching and learning in their models. This role requires a balanced focus on on-the-ground implementation and strategic, systemic support to ensure all Network Schools and after-school programs become proof points of
impactful education for children.
