Qualification & Experiences
-A bachelor’s degree in any field and 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment along with strong
organizational skills.
-Implementation abilities and attention to detail to be able to manage multiple
operations pieces.
-Effective prioritization and time management skills to efficiently juggle different
tasks.
-Enthusiasm for building relationships and the ability to stay calm and
approachable while communicating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities
As The Manager, Admin Partnerships and Operations, you will:
-Co-create The Circle’s administrative and operational strategy by collaborating with
the organization’s several programs and teams
-Build long-term and multi-dimensional institutional partnerships with The Circle’s
service partners and vendors.
-Coordinate administrative operations by liaising and managing timely communication
with internal and external stakeholders to prepare key collaterals and documents.
-Manage and coordinate travel bookings for staff members in accordance with our
travel policy and budgets.
-Collaborate with The Circle’s finance team on documentation and compliance.
-Build and sustain relationships with vendors servicing the three verticals and ensure
timely deliverables.
-Manage office operations, admin and logistics to support a growing team and
accompanying programs.
