Qualification & Experiences
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree, preferably in Communication Design, Visual
Communication, Information Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of design experience, with agency experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and/or Figma.
- Basic knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro is a bonus.
- A portfolio demonstrating your skills and interests.
- Professional command over fluency in English.
Responsibilities
As The Associate, Design, you will:
- Create digital and print creatives. Create engaging reels and video properties
- Develop a diverse design language and templates that are unique to platforms while
keeping in mind the brand guide.
- Use visuals as a powerful medium for storytelling.
- Be a design custodian while ensuring that all touchpoints are in line with the creative
vision and ensuring designs are consistent across all of our online and offline
communications.
- Concepting, directing, executing, producing and troubleshooting all aspects of
design initiatives.
- Continually maintain awareness of customer behaviour towards design to optimize
engagement.
- Illustrate ideas in various looks and styles, and quickly translate content into visuals.
- Have a basic understanding of print and vendor management.
- Proficient content research, information sourcing and citing, social media marketing,
graphic and information design.
- Managing internal and external brand and marketing design collaterals - such as
curating and posting to social media.
- Designing brand marketing collaterals for multiple domains ranging from digital as
well as print.
- Involve in brainstorming meetings to pitch new ideas to the larger team.
- Collaborating with the stakeholders for creating concepts, and designs for various
channels.
- Understanding the way in which information should be communicated and creating
infographics and visualising data.
