Vikram Bhalla

Vikram Bhalla is a senior partner and managing director in the Mumbai office of The Boston Consulting Group. He co-leads BCG's Leadership and Talent topic globally, and leads the Leadership and Talent Enablement Center in Singapore. He previously led BCG's People and Organization Practice in the Asia Pacific Region. He also leads BCG's Family Business topic globally, with a specific focus on Emerging Markets. He works with several of the leading companies around the world on topics of strategy, leadership development, talent management, organization design, change management and transformation. He also works closely with large family businesses across the world on topics of strategy, family governance, succession, transition, professionalization and growth. He has served clients across all sectors but with a specific emphasis on industrial goods. He works with several non-profit organizations focused on the topic of education for under-privileged children. He holds a B.Sc from Delhi University and an MBA from IIM, Calcutta.
